Flyaix Terms & Conditions – App Usage Rules and Guidelines

Acceptance and License

The Flyaix application and related services ("App") are made available to you under a license, not a sale. Your use of the App is subject to your prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The App is licensed to you by Flyaix ("we," "us," or "Licensor"). We reserve all rights in the App not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable store terms. You may not distribute, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data, information you provide (such as travel preferences, destinations, and interactions with AI features) to improve the App and AI recommendations. Our collection and use of data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

External Services

The App may enable access to our services and/or third-party services and websites ("External Services"). You use External Services at your sole risk. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services. AI-generated insights may use third-party services to provide recommendations.

No Warranty

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the App is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Flyaix is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall we be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

Export Compliance

You may not use or export the App except as authorized by applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flyaix operates. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Some features of the App generate recommendations and insights using artificial intelligence. These outputs are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. Users should exercise their own judgment when relying on AI-generated content.
